China, los desafíos de la etapa
El trabajo estudia algunos – no todos – los desafíos que China enfrenta en la presente etapa. Estados Unidos teme que el desarrollo independiente chino dispute su hegemonía en el futuro, oponiéndose al mismo en todos los campos, incluido el militar. Se analizan el modo de producción, las distintas formas de propiedad en la China actual, la coexistencia de distintos modos de producción, la guerra comercial, las empresas del Estado, las fortalezas y debilidades frente a Estados Unidos en el campo tecnológico, la reciente ofensiva de EEUU en este campo (ley CHIPS, prohibiciones de exportación a China de avances tecnológicos, etc.) y los indicadores de la disputa en el campo militar. Otros desafíos brevemente expuestos: Covid, internacionalización del Yuan, medio ambiente, corrupción y las aspiraciones de poder de la nueva clase capitalista. El último punto es una síntesis y reflexiones.
This paper studies some -not all- of the challenges China faces at the present stage. The United States fears that China's independent development will dispute its hegemony in the future, opposing it in all fields, including the military. The method of production, the different forms of ownership in China today, the coexistence of different means of production, the trade war, state enterprises, the strengths and weaknesses with regard to the United States in the field of technology, the recent US offensive in this field (the Chip law, bans on exports of technological advances to China, etc.) and the indicators of the dispute in the military field are analyzed. Other challenges briefly exposed: covid-19, the internationalization of the yuan, the environment, corruption and the power aspirations of the new capitalist class. The last point is a synthesis and reflections.
